At STRATUS, we want you to feel elevated in every piece you wear, so if your fit isn't perfect, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
